FairyTales TV
We have FairyTales TV which is one of those levels where falling is a danger, loosing a lot of time. At least if you fall, you are likely not going to die. Depending on where you are and how often you fall, hit and use the mirrors and the checkpoints in this level to get back up if that is quicker. Don't rush in this level if you feel like that you are going to fall. There isn't much to know about this level besides general movement.

If you miss getting the pawprint at 0:26 in the "Destroy the Three Little Pigs' Houses" remote mission, you can get it later on the "Jump Over the Three Candlesticks" mission and vise versa. To cancel a karate kick in midair, glide right away.
So all of these purple bouncy leaves have this strange hit box in which if you bounce up to the side of one, you can sometimes keep on going up without bouncing again. So you can technically actually go up the sets on the bouncy leaves at 0:31 in one bounce. Another thing to mention about these leaves is that if you jump up from one of them with Gex's animation of a tailbounce (caused by bouncing on them at the height of Gex's jump, the bouncing leaf at 05:49 is most frequent one that does this for me while speedrunning), you can't glide and the only way to cancel that effect fast is to tailwhip in the air so that you can glide again.
Doing the skip at 1:09 can be intimidating but all you need to do is to jump on the least steep slope that you can jump to. Keep on jumping to avoid Gex sliding down on that slope and depending on the camera angle, holding down the right button can help you get up.
The timer part that begins at 05:10 is the worst part in this level for me. If you are having trouble collecting everything in the route before the timer going out, then go up the sticky purple spots at 5:22 or at 5:53 and collect the bonus coin that way. I always collect the first 3 fly coins and then jump up to the bonus coin at the end. Getting the fly coins at 6:15 can be the most annoying part. Like I say don't rush and focus on Gex's shadow being in the middle. As you get closer to a fly coin, tailwhipping can help.
